NO FREE SALINE FOR PATIENT IN SCB, NURSE SAID ASK TO GOVERNMENT

Recently State Government has announce the free treatment scheme for the patient through Biju Swastha Kalyan Yojna. For male upto 5Lakh & for female up-to 7Lakh fund has been declare under this scheme for the treatment of major disease or treatment. And a patient can avail this scheme any BSKY based hospital. But in just a few days of launching the scheme a naked through is came to see here in Cardiology Department of SCB Medical College & Hospital.

As source said, Rabindra Jena of Bentkar, 42 Mouza area was admitted in Cardiology Department due to feel some ill in heart on Wednesday. After check up, on yesterday night SCB Nurse ask Salu Sasmal (Relative of Patient) to bring three NS Saline from hospital outside chemist shop. On her reply when Salu said,- Government has declare for free treatment then why should we go the chemist shop. On this argument nurse destroy the Dr. prescription in which saline name had written. And finally we were bounded to bring saline from outside chemist.

Here a question is arise if State Government has declare free treatment fund then why should the nurse ask them to bring the saline from outside chemist or Hospital Administration not aware about the stock of medicines.
