CUTTACK NOW LISTEN TO AKASHVANI ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Online Viewers now can listen to All India Radio (Akshvani AIR) on social media. Radio lovers can access to  the internet where they can get AIR News from Cuttack Center at any time through their social media like Facebook, YouTube & Twitter.

Initially the news will be uploaded on the social media sites for the online viewers. Subsequently, the listeners can have info-entertainment programmes  of AIR on social media, Akshvani source said.

Also they said, the initiative has been taken by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting under Prime Minister's Digital India Programme in view of the wide use of social media sites by the youngsters.

Currently both the Regional and National News is being Aired at 7:05 AM - 7:10 AM, 7:15 AM - 7:25 AM, 1:50 PM - 2:00 PM, 2:25 PM - 2:42 PM, 6:45 PM - 6:55 PM, 7:15 PM - 7:25 PM on Akshvani Cuttack everyday. The online viewers can get news updates on AIR's own site www.newsonair.com. With the move for uploading AIR News Bulletins on the social sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube.
