Panic spread after a child's severed head was recovered from a garbage dump near Shisu Bhawan here in today morning. Immediately Lalbagh Police rushed to the spot and sent the body to SCBMCH for post-moterm.
The matter came to light after a few locals spotted the head of the child the Treasury office. And alerted to the police instantly. It still unclear to identified the body and severed head of child.
